Here we pay tribute to Haydn Chappel who was fully responsible for the production of MVS003 in spite of the credit being laid elsewhere. As always, City of London unit has a finger on the pulse and recognises the sterling work done by HC in very trying circumstances. The unit is also grateful to HC for the production of Task-Book MVS009 which City of London unit has adopted totally and without question as its training  manual.
